Based on recent complaints concerning shortages in availability of parking spots, we are revisiting different options that may allow us to ease tensions resulting from the shortage of parking spaces.  We are considering several options such as assigning spaces to residents, registering residents' cars for parking stickers, assigning parking passes, etc.  We are interested in receiving comments from our residents concerning their experiences with parking in our development and their recommendations on how best to resolve these issues.  Please provide your comments to Board member David Rosen at davidrosen49@hotmail.com

New HOA Fee payment information

If the owner's bank participates with the Checkfree Corp. for issuing payments on the customer's behalf, the payment can now be sent to Abaris Realty, Inc. electronically rather than by physical check through the mail.

The bill payer request must be made payable to the property as reflected on the monthly billing statement and the account number for your property must be reflected as it is on the monthly billing statement above the owner's name ( i.e. ###-###).  If not, the company will still have to issue a physical check and mail to Abaris Realty which does NOT guarantee a timely payment as we are depending on the mail delivery.
